Cheese sellers since 1934: an Italian story
Carlo Canali starts selling cheese in 1934, touring with his bike in the local markets.
His resourcefulness led him to a stable business, involving other people who find new opportunities for themselves.
At the passing of Carlo, the wife Paola and the son Giacomo continued the family business by founding a new company named “Negri e Canali”
After some time, Paola retired and let the business in the hands of Giacomo as an individual company.
The business expands. Giacomo’s sons, Paolo and Carlo, become part of the team and the company becomes limited company.
Even after the passing of Giacomo, the company continues its way thanks to his sons who continue the family tradition: Carlo following the commercial section and Paolo the administrative one.
